Super Drivers are highly rated drivers with very low cancellation rates. They are distinguished from the others by a special badge, and are the ones with whom all your passengers want to travel.
Drivers earn Super Driver status by being responsive, receiving positive reviews and, where possible, avoiding canceling bookings. More information on how to obtain and maintain Super Driver status.

By completing your profile, you give potential drivers the opportunity to get to know you better while consulting your reservation request. Be sure to add a profile photo and verify your ID - drivers tend to prefer a full profile!
To find a trip, all you have to do is indicate where you are going, where you are leaving and when. Then choose a route that suits you! If you need more information, you can contact the drivers before booking or check their profiles to see their reviews.

Some drivers will allow you to book instantly , others choose to review booking requests. Either way, once your booking request is accepted, you will receive a booking confirmation and your payment method will be charged. You can find the details of your reservation and your ride in Your rides.
If your trip goes as planned, the driver is automatically paid or can request their transfer on the Cameasygo platform. No matter how far in advance you book, the driver can only receive their payment 24 hours after the departure time.
If a driver sends you a payment link via Cameasygo messaging or outside of our platform before a booking is confirmed, please let us know by going to the member's Profile and selecting Report this member.

When a passenger books your ride, we give you their number in case you need to reach them. You can check the information related to your trip and your passengers at any time, from your announcement.
Share anecdotes, your playlists or a moment of tranquility with other travellers. Add a photo of your vehicle , so that passengers can find you more easily on the day of the trip.
After the trip, we transfer your money to your bank account or to PayPal. You will receive your money within 5 working days after we send it.
In order to keep Cameasygo running smoothly and to cover the costs of the service we provide, we charge passengers a fee when a reservation is confirmed. Reservation fees help us:
As long as a reservation request has not yet been accepted by the driver, passengers can cancel their reservation request and will not be charged for the journey or the reservation fee . If the driver cancels after booking confirmation, passengers will automatically be refunded the cost of the booking, including fees.

Trust is a core value of our community. The reviews you leave about other members serve as recommendations. They are useful to everyone because they allow you to decide whether you want to travel with a member. So remember to leave a review the next time you share a ride on Cameasygo!
You can leave a review about your carpooler 24 hours after a trip: we will send you an email containing a link to the trip concerned, or you can access it directly from your Trips.
When you leave a review, be honest. Your carpooler won't be able to see what you've written until he or she leaves you a review, and will have 14 days to do so.
Your reviews will be displayed on your respective profiles as soon as they have been published or once the 14 days have passed.
We'll let you know if your carpooler leaves you a review first. Then, it's the same principle: you will then have 14 days to leave an opinion in your turn, then discover the one he or she has left on you. Finally, the two notices will be published.
Here are the steps to follow to leave a review:
1. Specify whether the person concerned was a driver or a passenger;
2. Choose the adjective that best sums up your experience with her;
3. Add a few words. You can specify if the punctuality was there, if the journey was pleasant (conversation, music, anecdotes, etc.)
